This project involved the partnership with CU Denver’s Human Development and Family Relations (HDFR) department to move a fully face-to-face program to a fully online program.
Working closely with the Assistant Dean of Information & Academic Technology, I constructed a transition plan that prioritized and aligned program goals, supported cross-team collaboration, and resolved issues quickly; identifying student and faculty instructional design support. Due to the nature of course content, the program plan needed to ensure student inclusivity and foster geographic expansion.
Collaboration tools Zoom and Google Docs Due made working with key stakeholders remote easy to share ideas and work together.
